Dear diary,I started my first day on P90X. It was fantastic. The warm up alone made me feel the burning sensation in my body. I carry on doing many different kind of push ups. I do not have a pull up bar at home so I didn't do any pull ups. Overall it was still really great :D
I really hope to see the results real soon.
Max reps:
25 standard push ups,
20 close push ups
25 wide push ups
15 diamond push ups
15 dive bombs
