Day 4 Yoga X

Yoga X is very fun.Its currently my fav workout.I have trouble doing some of the exercise though but i hope to overcome these problems soon.Overall,it was a really good workout :D

Day 3 Shoulders and Arms,Ab Ripper X


I use a heavier weight for my workout today. Was very tired after the Shoulders and Arms workout so I didn't give it my all at the Ab Ripper X workout. I have to say,my arm is more muscular now. I love it.


I had mangoes as my reward!!!!

Day 2


This is the X in P90X. Polymetrics! Can't complete the entire workout yet. Still very difficult. I can't stop sweating. After wiping of my sweat for 15 mins,it still can't stop sweating. I had to take a shower. Hahaha. But I had fun. I HATE IT BUT I LOVE IT ;D

Did Ab Ripper X just now. For now,I'm having some difficulty to do some of the exercise. I can't straighten my legs. Hopefully I can overcome that problem soon. I'm having so much fun with Ab Ripper X that I want it to be longer. 15 mins is not enough.

Day 1 of P90X.

Did Chest and Back workout today. It was pretty challenging but I love it. ^^ Cant wait to do it again. Haha.





Haha. My hands are very painful. Did do much pull ups. Haha. Maybe I should wear a glove or something. Haha. No pain no gain.

Plyometrics is really great. It keeps my lungs pumping and my legs burning. It is proven to improve athletic performance too. ^^

4 servings of Proteins
2 servings of Dairy 
1 serving of Fruits
2 servings of Vegetable
1 serving of Fat
2 serving of Carbs
1 serving of Snack


Choices:
             Protein~ Chicken Rice,3 Egg White,Tuna Sandwich,Ham
             Dairy~Cheese,Milk,Soya Beans

             Fruits~Apple,Carrot,Banana

Day 1

Dear diary,I started my first day on P90X. It was fantastic. The warm up alone made me feel the burning sensation in my body. I carry on doing many different kind of push ups. I do not have a pull up bar at home so I didn't do any pull ups. Overall it was still really great :D
I really hope to see the results real soon.


Max reps:
25 standard push ups,
20 close push ups
25 wide push ups
15 diamond push ups
15 dive bombs

Intro

Looks like this will be my first entry.The purpose of this blog is probably for me to record my progress.I have been going to the gym very regularly and i wanna see if i benefit from it.Ya so,thats about it.......byebye.
THEGUITARGARAGE is currently dead because i have discover a new interest which is working out.However,im sure that i will be playing the guitar in the future.Just not right now when ive no equipment and money.
