Day 4 Yoga X

Yoga X is very fun.Its currently my fav workout.I have trouble doing some of the exercise though but i hope to overcome these problems soon.Overall,it was a really good workout :D

Day 3 Shoulders and Arms,Ab Ripper X


I use a heavier weight for my workout today. Was very tired after the Shoulders and Arms workout so I didn't give it my all at the Ab Ripper X workout. I have to say,my arm is more muscular now. I love it.


I had mangoes as my reward!!!!

Day 2


This is the X in P90X. Polymetrics! Can't complete the entire workout yet. Still very difficult. I can't stop sweating. After wiping of my sweat for 15 mins,it still can't stop sweating. I had to take a shower. Hahaha. But I had fun. I HATE IT BUT I LOVE IT ;D

Did Ab Ripper X just now. For now,I'm having some difficulty to do some of the exercise. I can't straighten my legs. Hopefully I can overcome that problem soon. I'm having so much fun with Ab Ripper X that I want it to be longer. 15 mins is not enough.

Day 1 of P90X.

Did Chest and Back workout today. It was pretty challenging but I love it. ^^ Cant wait to do it again. Haha.





Haha. My hands are very painful. Did do much pull ups. Haha. Maybe I should wear a glove or something. Haha. No pain no gain.
